Taking A Short Break From Beer Reviews & A Look Back At 301-400 Greatest Hits
I’ll be taking a short break from posting beer reviews — my next review will go up Wednesday, June 12. Until then, there will be a special announcement here in a couple of days that will appeal to you if you use Facebook, and I thought I would take a look back at the last 100 reviews and compile a list of my personal favorites.
Lots of “holy grail” beers got knocked off in the last hundred reviews; Pliny The Elder, Heady Topper, Westvleteren 12, Bourbon County Stout, just to name a few. Below are a list of the most memorable beers — by ‘memorable,’ I mean that they might not be the highest rated, but they lingered in my head long after consumption. All of these I would buy again; some of these, I did. A few, again and again.
See you June 12th when we trek through another hundred brews, hopefully just as good as this group was!
